How to: Display or hide a field in a query result.
Solution:
Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Hide Columns' or 'Unhide Columns...'.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Open the query in Datasheet view:
a) Click the 'Queries' tab in the Database window.

b) Select the desired query. (The query is highlighted.)
c) Click 'Open'. (The query opens in Datasheet view.)
3) Do the following to hide a field:
a) Select the field by clicking at the top of the field. (The entire column appears highlighted.)

b) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Hide Columns'.
4) Do the following to display a hidden field.
a) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Unhide Columns...'. (The Unhide Columns dialog box appears.)
b) Select the check box beside the field to be displayed. (The field appears.)
c) Click 'Close'.
